Tyler Janow

Tyler Janow is  the Chief People Officer for DonathanOrg, his family’s fast food franchises around the state. He is also a behavioral health specialist in the United States Army Reserve. Tyler moved to Knoxville to attend UT in 2011 and then enlisted in the US Army in 2014, serving on active duty from 2014 to 2018.   He currently serves on the boards of CASA of East Tennessee, the Fort Sanders Foundation, and the United Way of Greater Knoxville’s Young Leader’s Collective, as well as serving as President of Young Professionals of Knoxville. When not working on volunteering, he spends most of his time enjoying Knoxville’s artistically vibrant downtown where he resides with his border collies, Harper and Hudson.
